The Eurocom EPS-2000T  is the processing system CR NEON has chosen to process neon units. Due to its repeatability and compact design , this system is the perfect machine for the production environment.

The EPS-2000T incorporates a RZ-5 roughing pump, and a Eurocom Turbo Molecular pump for finish pumping

Tube pressures are monitored using a VAP-5 Pirani vacuum gauge. A DVR-2 Piezo absolute pressure gauge is in place to monitor precise bombarding and filling pressures. Ultimate vacuum pressures of 10 to -5 can be reached consistently. Very important in the processing of neon lights

A 0-1000MA meter in sequence with a Variac choke control are used to regulate current for the electrode and degassing procedure. In conjunction with the Eurocom system a 22KVA bombarder is in place to process the larger diameter units of tubing which is so common place in the Sign Industry.

With all these components , Eurocom has truly created a true production neon processing system. Add Hgas, 100% neon and you have quality neon than can last for years to come.

CR NEON selected this system for its ease of operation. Pumpers have been trained to operate within 3 shifts because of the simplicity.With plans to purchase our 2nd system in 2001, we are confident that we are processing our neon to the specifications required for quality neon units.
