Actual patterns can be sent "FedEx" or "UPS" next day, or for a quicker service CR NEON LLC can accept pattern files via E-mail. Files of format type .dxf, .eps, .scv, .lyt at 100%. For a reasonable charge we can plot on sight and be in production within an hour. Normal pattern charges are $40.00 per hour.
All first orders require a 50% deposit, balance due on delivery. Credit will be considered upon receipt of a completed and approved CREDIT APPLICATION. Various terms are considered and a CREDIT APPLICATION will be forwarded with your first order.
Normal production time is 2-3 weeks from receipt of order and deposit. Rush orders are accepted under limited conditions, CR NEON LLC understands sign industry deadlines. Again, lead time can affect pricing.
CR NEON LLC delivers within a 500 mile radius of Richmond, Virginia, with our own trucks. Depending on size of order most delivery charges are included in the quoted per foot price.

Any damage is required to be noted on the "Bill of Lading" when received and signed by the driver. ALL CLAIMS must be reported to us within 24 hours of reciept or chargebacks will not be accepted. Evidence such as photos or digital images will expedite all claims. CR NEON LLC will accept reasonable chargeback for incidental repairs done in your plant at our discretion.
Materials and workmanship are guaranteed for one full year from purchase date.This warranty includes freight charges both ways,but does not include removal or reinstallation.
Due to the fragile nature of neon glass,there are no other express or implied warranties, specifically for neon units broken after delivery. Refer to Claims for requirements prior to receiving damaged freight.
